I think the #1 thing that stood out the MOST.. when she is" sitting down with "you" she turns her phone to silent and she doesn't allow interruptions . She is there with full attention. That is what I call PERSONAL attention your time with her . She wouldn't be in a hurry she was there to answer any questions or concerns. That was RESPECT for the client and to me true professionalism. We are grateful for her services.
