Seller reviewDonna was professional, engaged, and worked very hard to sell my home quickly. She understood my company's relocation program, and guided me through the process. I had already moved from the area, and she was always available to allow contractors and inspectors access to the property. Donna provided excellent customer service and far exceeded my expectations!

Seller reviewI met Donna Gannon on a Tuesday morning on my way back out of town to my new residence. She walked through the house, we discussed our desperate need to sell and fast. She was honest and very informative We set out to move the house. Quickly we realized the house was too highly priced to move fast so we agreed to lower the price. That worked very well for us. We had two offers at the same time. Donna was awesome in that she had both potential buyers to submit their best and final offer. (They bid against each other). To this point for 20 months prior, we had zero offers. As a result of her excellent strategy we were given an offer of full asking price. Along the way, and during the financing debacle, we had several alternations to the original offer, she required the buyer to come back to the original contract, which was binding, and either purchase the property or release us. That was the moment when things progressed steadily to close. Or in short Donna Gannon is the bomb! And from one spitfire to another You are the best in your league!
