Donna Geba was extremely helpful in guiding us as to what absolutely needed to be done vs. what could wait and actually helped us stage our house - and did this in an approachable, professional manner. I believe it is critical to get off on the strongest possible footing when selling your house even in a seller's market and Donna Geba certainly did that.
