And an extensive and very local network of other equally amazing experts, attorneys, surveyors, chimney sweeps, lumbermen etc etc. And when required, comes in with a no nonsense toughness that's appropriate. And when our first purchase fell through and we were on the floor shattered and heartbroken she picked us up and we were off again, prepared to travel even further afield, though we eventually bought the most amazing place down the road where we met her 18 months earlier.
