Donna did a great job, even though there were problems in dealing with the buyer not following instruction and getting the paperwork completed on time, she worked tirelessly and late into the evening making arrangements so that the closing would take place at the appointed time. Donna is by far the best agent we have ever worked with and we have bought and sold many times since 1969

Donna and Roy (Donna Meador's amazing husband) are a stunning team. They are so grounded, down to earth, and patient, that it was just super easy to sign things and let them do the worrying. I knew that they would never steer me wrong and they never did. I got more for my house than I dreamed I could ever get. Donna kept telling me I was low balling my asking price, and, the proof was in the pudding, it sold for what she and Roy told me to list it for. Donna Meador is assertive without being aggressive. Never offensive. Has a delightful sense of humor, and sold my house in less than 24 hours of its being listed. She and her husband made it fun not scary. They made it easy. I never meant to sell that house as it was dearly loved, but, it turned out to be good that it was what we sold as, the one I moved into was in too rough a condition to sell. From the first moment to the last, Donna Meador gave me great counsel, but, ALWAYS told me the final decision was mine, that I should not be motivated by anything other than my own needs and wants, and that they never work for the money, but, to help others. They earned every penny from my sale and I was never happier to pay realtors (have had 4 before Donna). I hope to keep her as my friend. My only real sorrow in selling my precious home, was that it sold so fast and it meant that I did not hear from Donna and her husband (equally awesome) as frequently. You will find honesty, concern, kindness, humor, the ability to relax in her capable hands if you hire Donna. I cant envision a better human, so, I truly can't envision a better realtor than Donna Meador.

Donna Meador and her husband Roy Meador were outstanding! They were both very friendly, helpful and made the process extremely smooth. Donna Meador was quick to answer any questions that we had and we appreciated her timely responses to our texts and e-mails. Roy Meador was kind enough to help a handyman fix a few minor repairs before the sale and make sure everything was working as it should. Donna & Roy even offered to help move furniture and load items in the vehicles for donations! They also went to the house every week for 4 weeks to put garbage and recycling out since they lived so close. Donna Meador was very knowledgeable of the area and had recently sold a house in the neighborhood so knew exactly what we should list the house for and she was spot on!
