Donna Meador was a dream to work with. She understood my family's needs and our budget and managed to find a perfect property that hadn't hit the market yet. Since my husband and I were living abroad at the time, we had a lot of concerns about searching for a home and not being there in person. Donna made sure to be brutally honest about the condition of the house and sent us heaps of photos and FaceTimed us to detail aspects of the house to alliviate our concerns. This kind of openness and work ethic instilled in us a deep trust in her and her professional opinion. Since the seller was picky about the personality and character of those to whom she sold the house to, Donna fought hard to vouch for my family. Once we made an offer, Donna pushed to make sure the deal went through, updating us every step of the way. It would be hard to gain trust in someone to the same level that we now have in Donna. I cannot recommend Donna enough. A realtor who is willing to sacrifice a possible deal over being honest about the faults of a property is a rare thing to find. It was obvious to see that she cared more about me and my husband being happy than making a quick buck. Donna even managed to move the seller emotionally enough to add modifications to the house even after the sale was already complete. She's an absolute legend.

I stumbled across Donna at an open house in my neighborhood. Right off the bat she was incredibly helpful and interested in what I was looking for. Since I was looking for an older, smaller house Donna knew what boxes to check to make sure my new home had good bones. We both knew it when we found "the one" and I think she was just as excited as I was. Donna was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Donna!!

I've personally never met a realtor as good as Donna. She was a phone call away throughout the whole buying process. She was excellent on communication and calling you as soon as there was a problem with anything. She waste no time. As a first time home buyer. She was excellent walking us through the process. She is very protective of her clients and she knows what questions to ask. She is upfront and never tries to beat around the bush when you ask her a question. She is the only agent that I have met that will dig deep and call the right people so she can answer a question fairly. (Does not beat around the bush) She is very passionate about her job and helping you find your forever home. She is caring and very approachable about any issues that you have. Hands-down I would recommend her to anybody new in the homebuying experience! My favorite thing is she does not try pushing a sell!

I can honestly say Donna is the BEST and exceeded my expectations in all ways!! Specifically she followed up timely to all question, completely explained offers details and was transparent with all cost. I have worked with other relators in the past and will only use Donna in the future, simply put "Donna delivers the service that others only promised". A+++++++++
