Dot has been a leader in the community for many years, now developing a staff of individuals to continue her legacy. My home was previously listed for over a year by another agency in 2015 and wasnt sold in that market. Admittedly the Covid 19 sellers market of 2021 made the sale a breeze, one day on the market, sold. I had everything set up to list my home by myself, but in the end I decided I would contact the Agent with experience and who creates jobs in our community. Dot is easy to work with and I have no regrets in using Covered Bridges.

Dot is knowledgeable and experienced. She smoothed out the few hiccups we encountered along the way (a few repair issues, an Inexperienced buyer's agent, and some minor bungling by the Abstract company).

I could not have asked, or expected, anything more from her. She was a pleasure to work with. When she first walked into the house I knew she was a professional. She explained everything to us in detail. She pointed out different things we should know about in the house, like what we should do or not be concerned about. She suggested a selling price and gave us numerous reasons of why she came up with that price. I was releaved about that because I had no idea what property values were in the Danville area. Then she gave us time to accept or decline her recommendations. At first I was overwhelmed but by the time we were through I felt so comfortable with her. She answered questions that I didn't even know I had. I was signing preliminary paperwork before she left that day and I had no second thoughts about it. I felt very comfortable with her. The house was my sisters, who recently passed away and I knew then that I was doing the right thing by leaving it in Dot's hands. I never felt that it was "her job" to do all she did for me. She was easy to talk to, easy to contact if I had any questions and she kept me informed every step of the way. And she was patient! She never let me feel that I was a bother to her. I was grateful that she was recommended to me and I would surely, without hesitation, recommend Dorothy Rhone to everyone.

Dot was available whenever we had a question. She did a great job of presenting our property online and keeping us informed.
