Seller reviewSelling our house with Dot was really wonderful experience. She was in constant touch with us while going through the sale process, she managed both attorneys and title company, especially when there was an issue. She got it resolved immediately and kept us informed throughout. The contract we accepted was far beyond our expectations, with closing scheduled quickly. Everything went smoothly, professionally and more than we could have hoped for.

I have experienced this stress first hand and know that without the help of Dot things are unlikely to have went as well as they did. To say this entire process was flawless would be an understatement. She guided us through every step of the process not only helping to coordinate and provide the service but provide the necessary education to truly understand the process. Communication was tremendous, and I often felt we were close friends and we're her sole focus. If anyone is looking for the perfect realtor then I know who I will recommend! I will use no one else!

But after the sale, every year she would take the time to send cards and calendars to me. She never forgot me, even though I was not directly her client. When it came time to choose an agent, there seemed no other choice in my mind but her. Dot went above and beyond. I understand that is cliche', but extremely true in every sense of the word. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer. She was on top of her game, every second. As long as I'm in the area, I would never choose anyone else for my real estate needs. 5 stars all the way
