Seller reviewI had my house listed previously by another broker and didn't even get a bid after 7 months. After I took the property off the market for the holidays, Doug Dahlen was proactive in sending me a letter asking to list my house. His marketing plan, professionalism and experience were very impressive so I decided to give him the listing. He provided data to accurately price my house and a marketing plan that was very complete. After being listed for one week, I had a bid which resulted in a sale. Doug advised me each step of the way and his followup and communication was second to none. Doug isn't a high pressure personality. He listened to me and seemed to know exactly what I needed in getting through the sale. Selling a house isn't easy and can be very stressful. Doug made the whole process much less stressful than I thought possible. He is very nice and highly qualified. I would highly recommend him to anyone who would like to buy or sell a house. The Century 21 Lullo organization is wonderful in every aspect. I wish that I had known about them before I listed my house the first time.
