His knowledge and good sense gave me confidence throughout the process of readying the house for the market and dealing with details of closing the sale. Buyer reviewWe worked with Doug in viewing a couple of properties prior to settling on this property, which was not even in his region. We were so impressed with how well he handled all of our questions, we called him to help us with this properly. We had several very unique situations that occurred in attempting to purchase another house. Doug went beyond his duties and even escalated to resolve situations that should have been handled by the selling agent. Our daughter had a lot of questions due to the unusual circumstances of the purchase, especially on timing of close. Doug was available to her (and us) at any hour, even beyond what we all consider normal working hours. Doug was exception in all the dealings we had with him. He was on the ball and came up with creative ways to resolve the many issues that arose. We will definitely recommend Doug to any friends and family who might be looking for a property in the future. Job well done :)
