I found it very helpful how he was able to get me all the information and credentials needed before showing a house. Douglas was staright forward open and honest about his own professional opinions based on his expertise and the possibility's and or outcome of each house that was shown. He was extremely helpful during our closing period to get us closed and keys to the house even during an extreme ice storm. He made it possible. Buyer reviewWhen my previous realtor said they needed to pair me with another agent due to personal reasons I was apprehensive. I wasn't sure I would be taken care of, as I was with my first home. I met Doug and felt comfortable right away. We stalked the market and messaged instantly when one became available that we wanted to see. My work schedule made for some late night showing. There are times my husband and I thought "poor Doug must hate us". Doug always noticed important structural things that I didn't, probably saving us from potential financial nightmares. He seemed to always be knowledgeable on the areas we were looking. We submitted so many offers and Doug was so patient with us. We had a lot of things that we wanted when looking for a house as far as bedrooms, garage, etc.. I did not think it could be done, but Doug actually found us a house that checked all the boxes. He really stood by us, helping and protecting us till the day we closed. Your the best Doug!
