Ed is very knowledgeable and listens to his clients needs. He truly understands their goals and keeps them in mind. I have now used Ed for the purchase of 5 houses (4 investment properties and my home) and I will continue to use him. I have also told everyone that will listen to use Ed because he is so great to work with.

Ed Fayette was (and continues to be) a great help! This was my first home purchase, and he made sure to explain every step of the process. Plus, he always answers his phone! He would call or text me any time he had new information, and he was great at helping me get answers to any and all of my questions. He also knows a lot of people and businesses in the area, and he has been a tremendous help in providing recommendations for services. In addition, I was both relieved and impressed by how he explained and maintained all of the new coronavirus restrictions. He explained what the new expectations were and how they differ from before, he apologized for the inconvenience, but he maintained his professionalism, and that gave me the confidence to keep working with him, despite the pandemic. Making a big decision like buying a house is scary, but Ed really made buying a home easy! He definitely knows what he is doing, he communicates effectively, and he has great people skills. He was always friendly, polite, and professional, and did everything in his power to provide helpful information, suggestions, and recommendations. Plus, he was very transparent about what costs I should expect, which made my budget allocations easier! In addition, he made it clear that he was there to help me find the home that fit my needs; he did not push sales in any way! At no point was it about money for him; he made it all about me, which made the unfamiliar home buying process a lot less stressful! Ed Fayette is an excellent agent, I highly recommend him, and I would happily use him again if and when I have to move!
