Ed made our selling experience as easy and simple as possible. Especially this year under COVID safe conditions. The relaying of information and contracts was clear and concise. We were given advance notice of house showings, client feedback, home and bank inspections, sale and closing information, etc. Ed always responded to any of our concerns in a timely manner with the best information available and we appreciated his patience with our questions. We absolutely would contact Ed in the future for any real estate purchases or sales.

Ed kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole process and was always able to answer any questions that I had. He also correctly estimated the value of the house when I was going to ask for considerably less. He also had the house sold in 1 day. I know we're currently in a seller's market but the house is over 100 years old and while structurally solid, needed a lot of cosmetic work Everything went smoothly with the sale until the survey came in. There is a retaining wall on the property that's been there for over 65 years and apparently it shifted about a foot onto my property. We needed the owners of the property the wall was mainly on to sign an affidavit assuring that should they repair or replace the wall they would keep it entirely on their property. My lawyer was supposedly having the affidavit signed. 24 hours prior to closing they called and said they couldn't find the owners of the other property and without their signature we couldn't close. This is my parents home and I haven't lived there in over 30 years and the owners of the other property rented so didn't live there. All I knew was their names from the survey. Ed tracked them down for me and arranged for them to go to my lawyers office that day and sign the affidavit. Without Ed, I have no idea how long it would have taken to close or if the buyer would have backed out due to the delay. This was my parents home that I was selling and I live 90 minutes from Oswego. Having a relator that was experienced, knew the market well and was always in communication with me made what could have been a nightmare into a relatively smooth process. Please note that all of the issues that did come up had nothing to due with Ed and it was almost always Ed that helped resolve them. I couldn't have asked for a better relator.
