My wife and I had been looking in an incredibly challenging market for most of 2021 and Eddie was our white knight who fought for us to get this house. He completely understood what we were looking for in a first house and helped us get our dream home. Eddie is an expert negotiator. He was tactical on behalf of us and it really showed because we got everything we negotiated for. It was incredible. Eddie was polite, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and concise. He didn't over complicate anything which was so appreciated considering this was our first time buying a home. I've never had someone I just met fight so hard for me. It meant a lot. He made our dreams come true. Eddie was amazing!
