I was wanting to buy the first house I purchased (which I did,) but he respectfully recommended that we wait and we keep looking, which I appreciate being that he wasn't trying to shove us into a house. He also made himself available at any time, which gave me a peace of mind knowing he was there if I had any questions or concerns.
