Seller reviewHer record suggested that she had effective marketing plans and some of the recent sales were above fair market value. Edna Kimble's assessment of potential buyers was spot on. Edna is therefore a great judge of character, which I consider essential in sales. If I were to market my current home here in Florida, I would want Edna to become certified to sell real estate in Florida and handle the sale.
