Seller reviewEdna done an outstanding job of selling our home and purchasing New home We highly recommend Edna Kimble to anyone in need of a great realtor.
-
Buyer reviewWe fell in love with a very small house on a few acres with a humble price. None the less Edna treated us like a million bucks! She was just as excited for us as we were! Even more she wasted no time with the process and we closed in a matter of weeks!

Buyer reviewEdna and her team made buying my first home a fun and painless experience. I had first met Amy Carter, a member of the "Edna Sells" Team, at an Open House on a property I was interested in buying, but couldn't "move on" until my divorce was final and by then, even though it was a matter of weeks rather than months, that property had sold. So, with the divorce issue out of the way, I started searching REALTOR.com for properties. I found three and feeling that the time was right to try to buy one of them, went to Wright Real Estate. Amy was there, the receptionist called her to the front, and I was surprised that Amy remembered me from that Open House when we first met. As I described the first two properties on my list, and as she told me they were unfortunately off the market, she was prepping to print out info on a home that was actually number three on my list. I asked her what I had to do to buy the thing. Amy said my first step was a "pre qual letter." I went to Homestead Mortgage, got a pre-qual letter, and went back to see Amy about the next step, all within an hour. Amy took me over to the house and showed it to me. It was simply perfect, meeting every criteria we discussed previously that day. She didn't rush me, and talked openly about what she liked about the home and a few things she didn't personally care for as she showed it to me. It was a fun experience. I decided I wanted to buy it and Amy walked me through the next step.........and the next one, and so on. Throughout the whole process, I always knew what to expect. And every bit of it was fun. I know I keep using that word, but buying a house always seemed like it SHOULD be fun. Why shouldn't it be? Within a few hours of walking in to Wright Real Estate, Amy told me what I needed as the first step -the pre-qual letter-, I had obtained that, had the showing, decided with Amy's help that the property met every criteria that was important to me, and she walked me through the process of making an offer, which the seller accepted the following day. There were no surprises. Everything was explained every step of the way. It was a smooth, seamless, pain-free, and genuinely enjoyable process. We've all heard horror stories of friends who have bad home-buying experiences, but my experience buying my first home was all "peaches and sunshine" in every way.

Seller reviewI have used Edna Kimble for a couple of house sales. I have found her to be professional, easy to talk with as well as a broker that is willing to plan and discuss ways to help sell your property. I would recommend her as your agent to sell your home sale.

Buyer reviewEdna is the very best in the business! Her experience is why we sought her out to sell our house. She is impressive with her knowledge and guidance. I highly recommend her and C21! I love how she brought local businesses together to meet our needs. Thank you Edna! We attempted to sell our house multiple times with multiple realtors and their companies over the past 5 years. Edna came through for us quickly. Everything came together piece by piece. We utilized her expertise to purchase as well. She coordinated double closings with 3 families in one day! She was there every step of the way from open house to inspections to financing with the local Arvest bank. I couldn't be more please with this experience!
