Let my extensive background in construction and real estate work for you. An electrician for thirty years and a contractor for fifteen, I was a CENTURY 21 real estate associate in Long Island for six years before moving to Myrtle Beach. I was a repeat visitor to the beach for over fifteen years before moving here to enjoy all this wonderful area has to offer - golf, fishing, great weather AND the beach. He is a complete book on the area, prices etc is extremely careful at closings to be sure nothing is missed usually finds a couple of things and makes the attorney aware of it.. his memory is above anyone I've ever met. I've recommended him to several since my first purchase with him.. I would use no other.. and over the years I have met many. Just wish he had been there for me back then.. but we hadn't even met yet. He's so careful I find myself relying on him when I could do my own research. I would have to use books he has it in his head. a remarkable man.. He's the perfect agent. I have met some other Century 21 agents that I would definitely tell my friends and family not to use them. I would recommend Edwin Lozada to anyone and that includes the President of our country should he ask..
