Seller reviewFor a first time seller , Eileen Belanger was most helpful and answered all my question . She explained the difference of Florida law and Massachusetts law in dealing with real estate . Eileen has also helped a friend of mine in selling some of his land in Florida. He has a home in Walking Water Estates , were we have sold land and Eileen has been very helpful in directing us in getting workmen to fix up Walters home. The house began to sink years after it was built , due to the way the builder/contractor disposed of trees on property (buried it under a section of the house. She has been most helpful directing us to Ram Jack and getting contractors to paint and fill in cracks.. The house has been beautifully restored on the outside and the inside is on it's way to being restored. .
