Buyer reviewWe were not in the market for a home, but saw that the house down the street from my sister was for sale and called to arrange a showing. Eileen Belanger was the listing agent. It turned out to be a short sale and Eileen Belanger handled the whole thing extremely well. So we didn't actually choose her, but we couldn't have chosen anyone better. She did a great job! Eileen Belanger walked us through every step of the process keeping us informed throughout, which we really appreciate because the entire deal was done long distance. We are in Ohio. Eileen Belanger was a pleasure to work with!

Seller reviewI would have not elected anybody else as I already knew of Mrs. Eileen Belanger's excellent qualifications for quite a few years now when we first purchased the same house. Now, once again Mrs. Belanger excellently handled all aspects of the sale. When my husband and I purchased the house it was a beautiful experience working with her. Such experience was back in 2007. Now that I had to sell our dear home because of very personal health reasons,though kind of difficult and hurtful for us to do so, it was once gain a beautiful experience. Mrs.Belanger handled the sale with an extraordinary understanding and concern on our well being. Thank you Eileen and many blessings to you and your team from our dear Lord and Saviour.

Seller reviewI was very impressed with the closing as there was a holdup on the buyers finances When it came through about two days before the closing date she had told me the closing papers would not be ready to sign (she felt) and gave me information on my signing them back in Vt. However, my last day in Fl. she called me in mid morning and said she had the closing papers and if I could be at the Title Co. by 3:30 P.M. I could sign all closing papers. I was so grateful that sh3 pushed for a space the Title Co. could "squeeze" me in so that I could sign the closing papers while still in Fl. I could not thank her enough for pushing to get me in.
