Because we were moving from out of state with a limited amount of time to look for a home (4 days), it was important for us to find a realtor who would commit to spending as much time with us as possible. Eileen was without hesitation when we asked for this attention which made our decision easy. We weren't able to be present for the inspection so Eileen went on our behalf and took detailed pictures then mailed them to us on a dvd. I seriously cannot tell you how pleasant and professional Eileen is! She was so incredibly patient with us and took the time to understand our needs even when we weren't sure ourselves. She absolutely deserves a score so much higher than just 'excellent' because she was so much more for us. Eileen's assistant made sure we that any of our questions were answered fast. She stayed with us along with Eileen through the entire process. Eileen is very fortunate to have such a fantastic, organized assistant. I can't tell you how quickly I would tell everyone I know to consider Eileen for their realtor. Seriously... Just call Eileen. Really!

Our home sold in two days so there wasn't a need for an open house or print ads. She made sure everything went smoothly and responded quickly to any calls or e-mails. We saw several signs with this brokers name in our retirement community and she seemed to be selling more then the other brokers in our area. After meeting with her we were sold on her. We dealt with her assistant Toni, who was extremely helpful. She was honest and very helpful in setting a realistic price that was more then fair to us.

Eileen was so wonderful! She listened to our comments about what we liked or disliked. She was perfectly tuned into what we were looking for! AND she found the most amazing house for us. We were so delighted to have found the perfect agent. Knowledgeable, hard working, kind, funny, personable, just perfect.
