Buyer reviewWe found our agent by browsing Realtor.com and finding listings. We contacted her and set up a day to tour some homes that she had listed. We found our home that day and purchased it. Our agent was understanding, patient and very friendly. We were not rushed, under no pressure and felt very comfortable with the entire transaction. Our agent was very professional and thorough. We recommend her highly! We only had brief telephone conversations with other staff. Eileen has a corner on the real estate market in our neighborhood. She is well known and respected, and has come to be the go-to person for any realty-related matters. Eileen is the model of what professional real estate sales people should be. No wonder she is so highly ranked within Century21!

Seller reviewWe bought the house with Eileen as our agent and now sold the house with her as our agent. She is an outstanding agent...too bad not all are as good as her. She is responsive, intelligent, and just plain the best!!! She not only goes the extra mile for you but just plain goes beyond what an agent normally does to help the buyer or seller. Can never say enough good things about her and the service she provides! We had an extreme amount of communication because of the inefficiencies of the lending institution and I have to say that I will actually miss talking with Eileen because she is such a pleasure to deal with! The buyer's lender was difficult to work with but Eileen kept us in the loop at all times. She had to communicate more than normal because of the lending institution and did so cheerfully and timely!
