Eileen Didier has been in real estate with Century 21 Lois Lauer since 2006. Her hard work and excellent service has earned her the Century 21 Centurion Award, the highest award given by the C21 system consecutively since 2012. She is currently ranked in the Top 30 Century 21 Agents in all of California. In 2018 she was privileged to receive The Sun Newspaper San Bernardino County's Best Real Estate Agent. Eileen currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club
Eileen has a Master's Degree in Business Administration. Eileen is married to her husband Dean and they have 3 adult children. Eileen currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of the Inland Empire. She has volunteered countless hours with the Girl Scouts, her children's schools and helping the homeless.

Seller reviewWe contacted Eileen almost two years before we actually listed the home. During that time we spent many weekends making improvements to sell. Eileen originally came over and met with us initially and provided a market analysis. After over a year we had her come out when many of the major improvements were done and she did another market analysis and encouraged us that our sweat equity will pay off since she is very knowledgeable of the Redlands area. Since we do not live locally, Eileen and her husband Dean met with contractors on our behalf to get some important items repaired which saved us time. Dealing with someone who knows the area, knows what sells and what is a waste of time and energy when it comes to improvements was very helpful. Eileen was always very accessible and kept us informed to marketing, the sale and all through the process of closing. She even made sure we received the funds after everything was settled. Her professionalism and follow through is much appreciated. This was by far the best real estate experience we have had.

She understood that I would not even think of many issues, and made sure I was aware of them and helped me develop a plan for addressing them. She anticipated my requirements and patiently helped me through a long and arduous selection process. She was knowledgeable about all of the things that came up and all of the things that interested me - even including how to feed the chickens!

Seller reviewAfter the loss of my mother, I needed to sell her home. I do not live in the area and had no local source for referral. Upon searching online, I noticed the large number of glowing reviews for Eileen and they seemed like genuine praise. It wouldn't hurt to call, and I am so glad that I did. She was everything you would want in an agent. Patient, compassionate (regarding the circumstances), extremely knowledgeable (look at her sales record), diligent, on top of every issue as it arose. I have always heard that if both parties (buyer and seller) aren't happy with the deal then it was probably fair. So what happens when both parties walk away happy with the sale. I'll tell you, you have a very satisfied client. If I ever am involved in a real estate search or sale in this area, she is the only person I will be calling. If you are reading this because you are in a similar situation as I was, or you just need to find someone, just call. You will not be disappointed.

She sold our large, expensive home, sold us our new one and now has another home we own listed. I highly recommend her to anyone selling or looking for a home.
