Eileen, came highly recommended. She did not disappoint. When the other seller wanted to list our house at a higher price than the market would allow, she nodded to his wishes, by saying we could try. She stuck with us, as we eventually dropped the price to a marketable level. The price was close to what she thought the value was in the first place. Working with her was like working with an old friend. In my experience, Eileen is the best agent! She had to put up with us for many months. Due to an unscrupulous would be buyer, the house had to go onto the market twice. I lost the place I was purchasing because of it. Eileen then had to list the sale of our house and help me find another place. She was so supportive and encouraging throughout. She has done so many things above and beyond anything expected of an agent. I cannot say enough, about her skills as an agent and fine qualities as a individual. I will be most happy to recommend her to anyone. They will be ecstatic.
