What can I say, Eileen is awesome! She assisted us from the very beginning with the preparation of the sale of our condo to the purchase of our new home! She provided tips/suggestions to make the best of our showing of our condo. She was very easy to work with and did everything she could, to be available to us for the million questions we had about the process, :) For me, that was probably the part that stood out the most, her willingness to stay in contact with us from start to finish! She put my mind at ease by being readily available whether it was a phone call, an email or a text. Throughout the process, I never was left with that feeling of "what now", She always explained the process to my husband and I and let us know what we could expect. Everything went very smooth. We saw a property we were interested in pursuing on the internet, listed by Century 21. I called and spoke with a gentleman, he said he would contact the realtor who could help us with it. She has maintained this position throughout our period of property searching; with great patience and consideration of our situation, timeline and goals. Eileen's organizational skills are superior, and we had absolute faith she would complete the purchase transaction/closing in it's entirety with accuracy. To accommodate our limited available time to tour properties, Eileen arranged for another realtor to assist her with showing us property, to maximize our viewings. The assisting realtor (Angela) was a delight and very knowledgeable and considerate of our needs.

As a first-time buyer it was great to work with someone who was so dedicated and attentive to her craft. She made the whole process as painless as possible and was always there to help answer my many questions along the way.
