Seller reviewI knew selling my antique home would be a challenge and take a special buyer. Then with the municipal construction and additional hurdles external to the home made the task even harder. Elaine Abouakar ensured the listing highlighted the antique characteristics and the images caught the woodwork character of the home. As potential buyers showed interest, she followed up and assisted in negotiating the best possible sale of my home. Elaine was patient with my questions, providing clear and plain explanations of the process. Selling a home is not something most people do very often, and Elaine helped me understand the nuances and requirements to successfully navigate the complicated process. It is an incredible relief to have sold the house, and I appreciate Elaine's assistance in getting the home into a new owners hands.
