Let see the lady in the office "Ann Knope" who was the dotloop gate keeper, help a lot and then there was Tony who jumped in when help was needed. Everyone was right on and made one of the scariest times in our lives an adventure we will never forget.. She knew when it was too high and when and how much to bid. These are things we knew nothing about and she explain it to us so that we got a better picture of what we were to do.
