When I had a face to face interview with Elizabeth Collins, I was impressed that she came prepared to our meeting and knew so much about Laguna Woods Village. I was hoping to find a realtor that lived there so it would save time with working with HOA. During our interview, I asked for a "listing kit" from the escrow company and she obtained it immediately so I learned more about my mother-in-laws property. I liked her personality very much and felt we could work well together. It did not matter what time or day it was, if we had a question, she called us right away and did not leave us hanging.
