There are rules, regulations and board decisions that are specific to this community, so it is crucial that buyers and sellers understand there are more hoops to jump through here than in other transactions. Throughout the process, Elizabeth promptly answered questions I had, and reliably followed through. She is well connected with local contractors, and was able to quickly get our place spruced up and ready for sale, staying realistic to what property improvements would warrant the best return. Document signing and the escrow process was perfectly coordinated. Communication was great. Working with Elizabeth Collins was a good experience. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
