Seller reviewWe met several staff at our closing in the Cream Ridge office. They were were very friendly and accommodating. Liz is very knowledgeable and was always willing to go above and beyond to help us meet our goals. Liz has a wonderful personality, winning smile and positive attitude. I liked the way Liz always made herself available for questions and concerns. Liz has a lot of energy and is a real team worker. During this and other transactions, it was evident that Liz loved her job, that I was very important to her and that she was going to do her best to succeed.

Buyer review(this is something we and i'm sure Liz, will never forget). But just to prove how devoted Liz is to having a clients best interest at heart. On the day of our purchase closing we did the final walkthrough together and the house was less than desirable to put it mildly. Liz immedietly got on the phone and spent the entire morning on the phone with the selling agent, our attorney, the sellers attorney (I swear at one point she had a phone in each ear!) and spearheaded a blitz just to make sure that when we finally got the key and unlocked the door to our new house it was as memorable as it should be. that's the type of agent we all need when doing something this important.

Buyer reviewJust clicked with her first time we met. Cheerful, positive and friendly personality. Very knowledgeable and made us feel important and comfortable. Her availability was outstanding. Always retuned our phone calls and texts as soon as possible. She also helped us to see properties as soon as possible by using FaceTime on many occasions. Liz went above and beyond our expectations always. She even drove to our pending property in a snowstorm to video a major sewer repair there so we could see that adequate progress was taking place and the project would be completed on time.
