To anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home we can't think of anyone better than Liz Hughes. Liz really came in and hit the ground running. From the very first day she demonstrated herself as knowledgable, assertive and very orginized mentally. She had an answer to all our (very many) questions' Never once has she said "I'll get back to you on that". She was able to correctly give us a broad outline of what was to happen from pretty much the first time we sat down together in our dining room. Liz really went above and beyond the role of a real estate agent. Always at the right place at the right time, willing to pick up a box as well as give a reassuring word of confidence when one of the many obsticles or doubts show up. Speaking from what we saw and in a direct comparison between her and the selling agent of our new home there is a difference of night and day. Liz was always very professional and courteous to other agents and home owners but we definitely felt this protectiveness towards us as she instinctually navigated our house searching with exactly what we wanted because she understood our needs and what we were looking for all the while making sure we were always on schedule for selling our home. Liz was amazing throughout the whole process. We closed fairly quickly and sold our house for much more than we anticipated. She is honest and patient and even helped with some appointments we couldn't make while we were working.

Liz was absolutely amazing I cannot rave enough about how she made me feel like her family and her first priority.
