We have moved several times over the past 40 years for my husband's job opportunities. I feel the rapport is critical between myself and a broker because I will often times only have 2 - 3 days in which to find a house. I generally narrow the search down to a couple of houses and my husband and I make a joint decision together however, at least 4 houses we have purchased have not been seen by my husband until we made the move! Thus with very little time in a new location I need to have a broker who can really evaluate the houses we want to spend time looking at. Our broker Liz Thompson, was very good at understanding what we were looking for in a home and how timing was also a factor.

I picked Liz to sell my parents home. The house was 47 years old and had never been inspected since they built it. There were a few issues that came up and Liz was quick to get contractors out to take care of them and keep things moving along. She found a great buyer in 2 days and we closed on time.
