Buyer reviewWe weren't sure how to even go about buying a new home in this crazy market, and Liz made the process so smooth. She was patient with us and gave us information about the houses we wanted to look at in a timely manner. When looking at homes, she noticed things my husband and I didn't even think about. Buying a house can be scary, but Liz made us feel at ease. She had our wants and needs at the top of her list. She also went over and beyond our expectations working with a realtor. She was simply amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home. She also was informative about the neighborhoods and values of homes we looked at. She was very good about knowing how to negotiate prices during this crazy housing market. It's easy to feel like you're throwing your money away when putting an offer in on a new home; but, we felt very safe with our money and time working with Liz. She always had our best interests in mind. She is so tender hearted, kind, and strong. I'm so honored we worked with her in this very important chapter in our family's life.

Seller reviewWe were back and forth as to if or when we wanted to sell our home. We had strong emotional attachments to our home and Liz was compassionate and understanding with our indecisiveness. She was patient with us and gave us positive feedback with information about how to go about the process. She made selling our house fast and easy once the time came and was VERY quick with responding to any questions (big or small) we had. I would HIGHLY recommend Liz to anyone looking to sell their home. She is fantastic!

Buyer reviewAt the time of 'hunting' for and purchasing our home, I lived a few thousand miles away, and so dealt with Elizabeth only via phone calls and emails. What helped me and my situation was that I had relatives who were able and willing to view prospective properties - serving as my eyes on the scene. Liz worked well with them and was certainly patient with me. She always had a positive attitude, and her evaluations were generally spot on. My thanks to her.

Buyer reviewWe connect with Liz through the Redfin app. We had looked at homes with three other agents previously. Liz and one other came across like they were genuinely interested in finding us what we wanted not just selling a home. We ended up choosing Liz over the other agent we liked because we were buying in Eau Claire and she knew the market well, more than the other agent. Only "accessible" mark was lower than "Excellent" where we scored her in all the other categories of service qualities. She did put her family first and was not avaialble to show one weekend. In the end that made more of an impression on us and we respected her for being honest that a camping trip was important. An unexpected added value in choosing Liz was that we were selling our existing home to one of our children and did not have an agent for the sale. She stepped up and not only worked with our lender and title company but our son's also. It was great that she coordinated all those efforts for us.
