Buyer reviewEllen was very professional and thoughtful throughout the the whole process of purchasing the home. She understood our needs and was helpful in the sale of our prior home and property to help facilitate the purchase of the new loans. Despite the problems we encountered because of the sellers bankruptcy, that was not Ellen's fault. She helped us navigate and guided us through the whole long and drawn purchasing process of the home we finally closed on. Thanks Ellen

Buyer reviewI had previously worked with Ellen Nielson, as she was my broker for the purchase of another home that I had bought about 6 mos. prior. She was so friendly and personable and I had grown to trust her. She was a great concierge and helped me feel welcome in my new community. Ellen Nielson is very personable and can be easily reached by phone, available to answer any questions and provide assistance. I appreciate this because in this day and age it sometimes difficult to reach people directly by phone. I had a great experience with Ellen Nielson. She is a seasoned broker and I regard her professional performance and knowledge as invaluable. I was searching for a rental property that would be marketable in an area that I was interested in. She researched the area for potential property managers, made recommendations and relayed information regarding the current rental market. I was new to the area and she was of great value in that arena. In this way I was able to find a reputable property manager, and it was rented rather quickly after my purchase.

Buyer reviewI had spoken with my broker Ellen Nielson intially via phone. She seemed to be so personable and accommodating. She responded quickly to all of all my phone calls. She actually was available day and night! She was familiar with the area that I wished to move to. She cautioned me about areas that would not be advised due to them being an extreme danger during a fire season. Ellen Nielson negotiated important issues in my buyers's contract. I was made aware of a leak in the water plumbing in my yard at the last minute before closing. She was persistent with solving the issue while I was living many miles away in southern California. It helped alleviate my anxieties buying a home that was so many miles away. Ellen was always available to pick up her phone and answer questions when it may have been an inconvenient time for her. She gave me a lot of reassurance that I needed at the time. She was fun to visit with. She has a great sense of humor! Ellen is a seasoned realtor, and it was evident that she was very knowledgeable and competent to perform her duties as a broker. Ellen was so efficient and friendly that she actually became a good friend. I would trust her with anything, really!
