Seller reviewWe chose Ellen Nielsen because of her extensive knowledge of the area and experience in selling homes similar to ours. Ellen was very professional and helpful with suggestions on how to make our home more presentable to prospective buyers. She nursed us through the entire process including vetting interested buyers with our HOA to insure they meet their criteria. Ellen made the process seamless and painless. We would highly recommend Ellen Nielsen and century 21 if you are thinking about sell or buying a home in Norther California.

Seller reviewBelieve me when I say that no one will work harder for you than Ellen! She is always accessible, always working on your case, and always looking out for your best interests. She is very personable, knowledgeable, fun, and great at sales. If you need to draw up a contract in the middle of the night, she is on it. If you want to find a property with a very specific set of criteria, she will find every one of them that meets your needs. I would absolutely recommend using her as a listing agent or buyer representative. I used her for both and was extremely satisfied. I will certainly be giving her a call if I intend to buy another property in the future. Great job Ellen!

She understood our needs and was helpful in the sale of our prior home and property to help facilitate the purchase of the new loans. Despite the problems we encountered because of the sellers bankruptcy, that was not Ellen's fault.
