Seller reviewAfter having poor results listing my home with another brokerage, I researched who were the top performing agents by sales volume in the Couer d'Alene area, on both Reator.com and Zillow.com. Emily Beutler appeared high on both lists. I discovered she was the top producing agent in the C21 office for both 2016, and 2017. I went as far as researching the price point of her sales, and their proximity to my home. At the listing presentation meeting, I felt very comfortable with Emily. She didn't try to act overly formal. Her demeanor was warm and genuine while she presented information clearly, and in a logical sequence. After telling Emily I'd like to list with her, she arranged to have her photographer come out that same day. I was amazed. The listing, along with beautifully shot photographs, were in the MLS and social media sites the very next day. We very soon received an offer. Emily's communication throughout the entire process, from offer acceptance through closing was fantastic. Couldn't have been more pleased. Some issues arised during escrow that Emily negotiated quickly, effectively and mutually acceptable to all parties. Emily Beutler is a pleasure to work with, and a true professional.
