After having poor results listing my home with another brokerage, I researched who were the top performing agents by sales volume in the Couer d’Alene area, on both Reator.com and Zillow.com. Emily Beutler appeared high on both lists. I discovered she was the top producing agent in the C21 office for both 2016, and 2017. I went as far as researching the price point of her sales, and their proximity to my home.
