Seller reviewThe estate property was for Sale by Owner; I was the family member in charge of the sale. Emily Qing Hui Wang helped me through this process. I live 60 miles away from the property and it was the start of Covid-19. Emily's clients made a competitive offer. Emily explained the paperwork I needed to do through email and items that I needed to complete in person. She worked diligently between the title company, her clients and myself. Emily made sure all paper work was complete for the sale. She was always patience and respectful to my needs as this was our family home for 57 years. Her professionalism was amazing. Emily is also a very friendly individual who shows that she cares about her clients. I would highly recommend Emily Qing Hui Wang as a realtor to family and friends.
