She is experienced, knowledgeable about the laws behind home sales, and efficient at keeping us updated with new details of properties. Based on the closing of a few other houses, we know that Emily has a lot of experience in her field. She knows the communities well, the zones that are improving, and her overall knowledge of the legal aspect of buying a house. On this purchase, there was an issue that the seller had unknown fines that were unpaid and they expressed that they wanted us to pay. However Emily was very professional in explaining the fines are supposed to be the sellers' responsibility, and not the buyer's. She confronted the other party during the closing and immediately they took responsibility of the fine. She did her due diligence and results showed immediately. We trust her expertise in this field. Again, she is extremely knowledgable. Knows her clients, builds a trustworthy rapport with us, Understands our needs, addresses our concerns and makes sure we understand the terms. Would recommend to family and would select Emily again as our broker.
