Eric has lived in the Siouxland area his entire life. Born and raised on a farm in rural Westfield, Iowa, he has lived in Dakota Dunes the past several years. Eric graduated from the University of South Dakota where he received a Bachelor of Education degree and he has completed graduate work at Morningside College. He was an educator in the Community Schools for many years.

We used Eric Banks as our broker 10 years ago when selling our home; that sale was handled efficiently and promptly. I recommended Eric Banks to friends moving to Sioux City and he worked with them for several months to find the location in Dakota Dunes they purchased. Phenomenal!!!! That's exactly the word I would use to describe Eric Banks!!! We were relocating from 14 hours away. That in itself was stressful. However, Eric made it easy, fun and enjoyable. We seriously couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We were truly blessed to have him help us. His response times with communications was exceptional. He went on vacation while we were searching and asked another agent to stand in for him. He picked the perfect person for us and was still actively communicating with us, even though he was suppose to be relaxing.

Eric Banks was very helpful with any questions I had along the way. He had a time line created for me to know what I needed to do and by when. He showed me houses that I had picked out, but not being from the area I wasn't sure what locations would be the best. He talked me through what locations are great for a young girl to live in. We ended up finding a house that I loved while driving by, Eric was able to get on the phone and get me in the house within a half an hour. Very nice guy. 110% recommend.
