From a yard home sale sign we called Eric on New Years Eve 2016, he took the time out of his day on the holiday to come show us the house 40 minutes away and the best part was he took the remainder of the afternoon putting in our offer to the sellers. I would say on this holiday he spent minimum 4 hours with us and never once acted as if it were no interruption to his day. That same night as many were out celebrating the upcoming New Year Eric took the time to call us and tell us our offer had been accepted. He is an exceptional agent I would highly recommend him. I can't say enough about Eric's characteristics, excellent in all attributes. There was never a time that I contacted Eric that he didn't have the time for me and an answer to my questions. Eric really understood my needs in looking for that certain fit of buying which highly matched my tastes and desires for that just right fit. Eric did not lead me to any house that was sub standard or was not located in the best spot for me. He really did and does understand my needs, wants, and desires in that perfect house, or as close as we could get. And I will tell you, I could not have gotten any better of a house in my price range. Eric is very easy to work with, understanding, and is highly competent in his work. Very professional in his duties. Coming from the valley and trying to sell my house for almost a year with a horrible agent put a very bad taste in my mouth over how rude and incompetent she was, and she has been selling houses for over 20 years. So, I was leery in dealing with another real estate agent. But Eric was just the opposite of my past agent, he is everything she was not. There needs to be more real estate agents like Eric, it would make life so much easier for sellers and buyers, and actually give piece of mind knowing that their agent actually has their back.

When putting your home up for sale one of the most important decisions is what realtor to use. We had no hesitation with choosing Eric to sell our home for us.
