Seller reviewI live 3,000 miles away and couldn't handle any of the details of this property. It was my mother-in-law's and I don't know California law or real estate, but am the Trustee. I've never met a real estate agent who was so thorough and competent. Eric handled everything. All I had to do was sign documents virtually. It was a dream dealing with Eric.
