Buyer reviewThe sellers agent is incompetent and negatively impacted our lives. Eric Sherwood was there for us to lean on through this whole process! He advocated for us and tried his absolute best to help rectify the nightmare of the negligence caused by the sellers realtor. So happy to have met this man. I do not believe for a moment that anyone would have helped us as much as Eric did!
