Eric Sherwood is without a doubt, the most honest person you could ever deal with. He does exactly what he says he will do, when he says he will do it. He always responded quickly to calls or texts. Getting to have Eric sell our house went so smoothly, it was hard to believe that most people consider it a stressful thing to do. Eric is NOT your typical salesman. He isn't pushy or arrogant. I think if all realtor agents performed like Eric, the process wouldn't have a daunting feel about it. People often feel that someone on a sales commission can only be trusted to be do just enough to get the deal wrapped up as soon as possible and little else. Other agents I had encountered were often like used car salesmen and felt desperate for you to hurry up and just buy the house already.
