Buyer reviewEric & I spoke on the phone & at the end of the conversation,I was confident he understood our needs. The first meeting with Eric reinforced that decision and would recommend him to friends,family or anyone else. He is patient, knowledgeable and fun to work with. Eric was thorough, proffessional and his follow through was excellent. He accompanied the inspectors, verified repairs and conducted business even though we were out of town. It was fun working with Eric and I would absolutely work with him again!

Buyer reviewI think if all realtor agents performed like Eric, the process wouldn't have a daunting feel about it. People often feel that someone on a sales commission can only be trusted to be do just enough to get the deal wrapped up as soon as possible and little else. Other agents I had encountered were often like used car salesmen and felt desperate for you to hurry up and just buy the house already.

He always looked out for any way to help us in the process and make sure we had everything we needed. He was great at getting all the showings set up for us and was able to attend inspections for us when we weren't able to attend. He made sure everything was handled and ready for closing. Very thankful to being to have him as our realtor.

I can rely on him in all things important in real estate transactions. He is patient and supportive and boosts me when I become impatient and frustrated with the process of buying and selling. He practices real estate sales as they should be. Greed does not consume him as it does so many realtors. He is just the best!
