Seller reviewWe did extensive research on Erica Moreno and she did not disappoint! She was amazing. I live in Virginia the house was in California and she handled and kept us informed on EVERYTHING! The Blackwood property had a number of complications, not in good shape, out of state owners, unforeseen liens and Erica and her team handled it all. They used a combination of technologies to keep us in the loop and the sell moving at an expeditious rate. My only wish would be that I could Erica to buy or sell any of my homes anywhere.

Seller reviewAfter I took my house off the market - Erica sent an information package in the mail. She did not badger me with extensive calls or voice mails. I had time to look over the information and I liked what I saw. All the other realtors was negative on my previous real estate agent and I did not hear one negative thing from Erica - very professional. She told me what she could and would do and we moved forward. I felt at ease from the first time we met until the end of the transaction. She stated she would get it sold in less than a month - and she did. Actually got a buyer the first week and moved forward with escrow, etc.....excellent. She was always available by phone, text or email and provided updates throughout the transaction. I could not ask for a smoother transaction.
