I have been working with Eric for over 3.5 years. He is awesome. We moved in from TX. Over the years I sent probably 1,000 emails and calls, and he always was so attentive. He is absolutely God sent, he knows the area. He wants to sell you more than a house. He is friendly, he gave me 100 referrals of repair people in the area and other information that is so important. He is so ethical, and honest this is a big deal in sales. He is super friendly, always calls back, emails back, I cannot say enough good about Eric.
