He's very open about what he knows about the community and current sales environment. He knew that we needed to sell it quickly, and was forthright about how best to do this and able to be flexible about some aspects of it. We are very happy that we worked with him this time, as well as last time around. Century 21 Lifetime Realty is great. We've left Kirksville, but if we were to return or to recommend any realtor to any of our friends still there, we'd think of them and Erick first.
