This was our first home purchase, and I think we had it made since it was super easy. Erick answered all of our questions, no matter how dumb, and made us very comfortable with trusting all of the information and inspections. All in all, wouldn't change any part of the process and would recommend working with Erick as much as a stranger possibly could.
