Buyer reviewErick was a true professional and genuinely had our best interests in mind. That's how we ended up in the perfect home for us. We told Erick what we were looking for and he listened. That put him in a position to know the right house when he saw it-we bought the 3rd house he showed us. Active listening is an invaluable quality in a buyer's agent, and Erick is a master. We told him what we wanted, and he made it happen. It should always be so easy.

Seller reviewErick is a very professional and courteous person, who is highly knowledgeable about the local community and market. He's very open about what he knows about the community and current sales environment. He knew that we needed to sell it quickly, and was forthright about how best to do this and able to be flexible about some aspects of it. We are very happy that we worked with him this time, as well as last time around. Century 21 Lifetime Realty is great. We've left Kirksville, but if we were to return or to recommend any realtor to any of our friends still there, we'd think of them and Erick first.

IT WAS AS A VERY GOOD FRIEND HELPING OUT A FRIEND. HE KEPT ME INFORMED OF WHAT WAS TAKING PLACE. This was our first home purchase, and I think we had it made since it was super easy. Erick answered all of our questions, no matter how dumb, and made us very comfortable with trusting all of the information and inspections. All in all, wouldn't change any part of the process and would recommend working with Erick as much as a stranger possibly could.
