Her market knowledge helped me understand that going slightly above my limit would be worth it in the long run and it already has! I haven't even been in my house a year and my house has already appreciated in value! Erika was very professional and represented me to the seller in an exceptional way! She was always on top of things and stayed in touch with me every step of the way! I've referred Erika to a couple friends already & will continue to in the future.
